In this document, "w1win", "we", "platform", and "website" refer to the entity operating the online betting service under the domain w1win.org. "Player", "member", and "you" refer to the individual who has registered and is using w1win services.

"Account" means the personal registration account opened by a player on the w1win platform. "Real money" refers to funds deposited by the player using a valid payment method. "Bonus funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by w1win to players subject to wagering requirements.

These "Terms and Conditions" cover all the rules governing use of the platform, including any updates or amendments published from time to time.

w1win services are only available to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Registering voluntarily and not under compulsion from any party.
• Providing genuine and accurate personal information during the registration process.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list enforced by us.
• Not acting as an agent or third-party intermediary when using a personal account.

w1win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm player eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

Each player is only allowed to hold one active account on the w1win platform. Owning multiple accounts is a direct violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts, including forfeiture of any funds associated with suspicious activity.

Players are solely responsible for the security of their login information, including username and password. Any activity that occurs in your account is considered your own action unless you report it to us promptly upon detecting unauthorised access.

The w1win platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction, regardless of payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

All deposits and withdrawals must use an account in the name of the registered member. w1win does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of players. Withdrawal requests involving mismatched account information may be held pending completion of identity verification.

w1win does not charge any processing fees on deposits and withdrawals on our end. However, players may be subject to charges levied by their own financial service providers.

w1win offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome bonus: Your first deposit is eligible for a 100% bonus up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 20 times the total bonus received.

• Example A: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Example B: Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM4,700 → Wagering required: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

w1win reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any attempt to abuse promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.

Loyal w1win members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of three tiers based on betting activity. VIP tier advancement is determined internally based on ongoing assessment of player activity.

• 🥉 Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5% of total net losses.
• 🥈 Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0% of total net losses.
• 🥇 Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5% of total net losses.

Cashback is credited automatically to the player's account each week based on the current VIP tier. w1win reserves the right to review VIP eligibility criteria from time to time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w1win platform and may result in disciplinary action including temporary suspension or permanent account closure:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to influence game outcomes.
• Collusion between players to manipulate games or deceive the system.
• Intentionally exploiting technical loopholes or bugs in the game system.
• Transferring funds between different player accounts to avoid bonus wagering requirements.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or unlawful activities.
• Providing false information during the identity verification process.

w1win reserves the right to hold or freeze accounts and withhold funds while an investigation into suspicious activity is conducted. If fraud is proven, funds in the account may be fully forfeited.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the w1win support team. Before closure is approved, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be settled, or any bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements will be voided.

w1win reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of these terms, involvement in fraudulent activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or to protect the integrity of the platform.

Any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable period after the review process is complete, subject to applicable legal compliance requirements.

w1win provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions. We are not liable for any losses arising from internet connection interruptions, third-party software issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Betting and gambling carry real financial risk. Players are fully responsible for their own betting decisions. w1win is not liable for any monetary losses incurred by players as a result of their betting activity on the platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, the result recorded in the w1win server system is final and binding.

The collection, storage and use of players' personal data is governed entirely by the w1win Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our platform, you agree to the data handling practices set out in that Privacy Policy.

w1win takes appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect players' personal information from unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure to unrelated parties.

w1win reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the latest version on our website. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after the effective date of such amendments is considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

It is the player's responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, please close your account before the effective date of that amendment.

w1win operates under an international licence. These terms and conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under that licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our support channels will be referred to a recognised mediation or arbitration body under the relevant jurisdiction.

It is the player's responsibility to ensure compliance with the local laws applicable in their country or region when using w1win's services.
